Live

Sandwich is the free sandwich-generation resource site: the 40–70 rule, care guides, and provider pages. People land here first. Some of them become LovedOne families or Soft agencies. It is the top of the funnel, not the family app.

Who it’s for: anyone looking up aging-care help.

LovedOne

Live

LovedOne is the family product. Adult children and siblings share one private @lovedone.app address per parent so doctor, pharmacy, insurer, and attorney mail does not live in one person’s Gmail. The Family Inbox is a feature inside LovedOne, not a separate product. inbox.lovedone.app now redirects to lovedone.app; app.joinsandwich.com redirects there too.

Who it’s for: families coordinating an aging parent’s care.

Soft

Live

LovedOne Soft is the operating system for home-care agencies. Agency admins run clients, caregivers, and schedules; caregivers clock in from a phone. Families do not use Soft — they use LovedOne. Soft can later push visit events into LovedOne through Pipe. Soft also has its own MCP server for agency agents (api.lovedone.app/mcp/vendor/v1).

Who it’s for: home-care agencies and their staff.

Pipe

Not live yet

Pipe (Sandwich Pipe) is the event ingest API for partners — agencies, EHRs, and EVV systems that can POST signed care events. It is not live yet. The planned endpoint is POST https://api.lovedone.app/sandwichpipe/v1/events. It is being built in Terahertz-Inc/sandwichpipe. The old host api.joinsandwich.com is dead and being retired; do not send traffic there.

Who it’s for: partner platforms that push visit, note, med, and vital events.

Family MCP

Live

Family MCP is the Model Context Protocol server that lets AI assistants connect to one family’s LovedOne data — loved ones, siblings, and Family Inbox mail as plaintext. It is how Claude, Cursor, and other agents read a household. It is not a second family product; it is the agent door into LovedOne.

Who it’s for: AI assistants acting for a family member.
